Mr. Kelley graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration.  Before joining 1754 Properties, Mr. Kelley was the General Manager for La Posada de Santa Fe Resort in Santa Fe, NM.  In his capacity as General Manager, Mr. Kelley increased EBITDA from $766k in 2015 to $3,289mm.  Prior to La Posada, Mr. Kelley served as general manager for several properties including The Mansion on Forsyth Park, the Landings St. Lucia, The Osprey at Beaver Creek, and the Sandals Resort in St. Lucia.  Additionally, he has held senior positions in hotel operations such as Director of Operations, Executive Assistant Manager, Director of Food & Beverage in multiple properties including Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Antigua Beach Resort and The Elms Resort & Conference Center in Missouri.
