Offer moderately higher leverage loans of $20 million or more secured by real estate to quality borrowers of US dollar denominated institutional assets

  • Project with construction cost overruns

  • Sites with strong land value but no available “gap” equity

  • Operating assets where owners don’t want to sell but want liquidity

  • Assets which need money for capital expenditures 

  • Owners have too much equity trapped in properties

  • Owners with assets in need of renovation or repositioning

Typically $20 – $100 million
